Our Massage Therapists
- Pat Camp. Pat is a licensed massage therapist with over 1,000 class hours and many continuing education units in a wide variety of massage modalities. She works will all ages - from prenatal and infant massage to massage for fibromialgia and geriatric patients, and those recovering from cancer. Her specialty is muscle-release technique for repetitive-use injury which is helpful in reducing carpal tunnel pain, shoulder and neck tightness, as well as back and siatic pain.

- Swedish American: A relaxing series of long, soothing and nurturing strokes, deep kneading and friction to stimulate blood circulation and to reduce stress.
- Sports - Therapeutic: Specifically designed to reduce injuries and alleviate inflammation. This massage restores mobility to sore muscles and prevents injuries while enhancing athletic performance and endurance and improving your overall physical condition and flexibility.
- Deep Tissue: A full body massage that helps relieve chronic pain using firm pressure on contracted muscles and connective tissue where specific trigger points are stimulated increasing the flow of energy and circulation.
- Prenatal - Pregnancy: During the physical changes of pregnancy the caring touch of massage is extremely beneficial. This massage will relieve discomfort and reduce inflammation as well as promote sleep and boost energy.
These massage services are available in 50 and 80 minute sessions.
